Private Coaching

My passion for teaching has grown alongside the array of music I have been fortunate to play with musicians across styles and generations. Through years of examining the history, techniques, and approaches of the drums, I have developed an understanding of the instrument both in shaping an ensemble and in telling a story on their own. This understanding allows for exploration of the drummer’s authentic voice as influenced by the evolution of music, lived experiences, and professional collaboration.
